I was very excited by it and almost put in an offer sight unseen. After seeing the place, she convinced me not buy it because it had major problems under the hood that were not completely obvious. It would’ve been easy for her to make the sale, but she chose honesty over a quick sale. We found a place eventually that I was enamored with, but it was overpriced according to her analysis. We put in a few offers and eventually her persistence helped me to negotiate a price that was acceptable to both parties, well below the original asking price. All in all, Paula and Property Choice Real Estate are best in class and deserve my highest recommendation. Do not hesitate to work with her for your next real estate transaction!
